பாருக்குள்ளே நல்ல நாடு எம் பாரத மணித்திருநாடு…! [1- 3]

அப்டேட்:

இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு முன்னால்  யான் எழுதியது:

இன்று அவர் ஆற்றிய உரையில் சில பகுதிகளை ஆராய்வோமாக.

“...Some cynics may scoff at our commitment to democracy but our democracy has never been betrayed by the people; its fault lines, where they exist, are the handiwork of those who have made power a gateway to greed...”

~ ஜனநாயகத்தின் மீதுள்ள நமது பரிவை கேலி செய்வோர் உண்டு; நம் நாட்டு மக்கள் ஜனநாயகத்தை வஞ்சிக்கவில்லை. அதிகாரத்தை பேராசைக்கு பயன்படுத்தியவர்கள் தான் அதில் உள்ள நசுக்கலுக்குக் காரணம்... 

“...We do feel angry, and rightly so, when we see democratic institutions being weakened by complacency and incompetence. If we hear sometimes an anthem of despair from the street, it is because people feel that a sacred trust is being violated...”

~ அசட்டையும் திறனின்மையும் குடியரசின் தளங்களை தகர்ப்பது கண்டு நமக்கு கோபம் வருவது நியாயமே. தருமத்தை சூது வீழ்த்தி விட்டது என்பதால் தான் வீதிகளிலும் தெருக்களிலும் இயலாமை குறித்து மக்கள் பெருங்குரல் எடுத்து ஓலம் இடுகிறார்கள்.

“...We can be world leaders in education, if only we discover the will and leadership to take us to that pinnacle,..” 

~மன உறுதியும், தலைமை தாங்கும் திறனும் இருந்தால், நாம் கல்வி அளிப்பதில் உலகத்துக்கே முன்னோடி ஆக முடியும்.

Calling for an educational revolution, he said “education is no longer just the privilege of the elite, but a universal right. It is the seed of a nation’s destiny.”

~ கல்விப்புரட்சி ஒன்றை விழையும் நம் ஜனாதிபதி, “ கல்வி பெருந்தனக்காரர்களின் சொத்து அன்று: அது உலகளாவிய மனித உரிமை. ஒரு தேசத்தின் தலைவிதிக்கு அது தான் வித்தாகிறது.

ஊழலையும், லஞ்சத்தையும் அவர் நேரடியாக தாக்காதது எனக்கு விசனமே.

இன்று ஹிந்து இதழ் எழுதியது:

In his address to the nation on the eve of Republic Day, President Pranab Mukherjee seemed intent on tempering hope with caution and idealism with pragmatism. But what caught everyone’s attention was the political undertone of what he himself noted was his last address before the next government takes office. For someone who made a smooth transition from being a Cabinet Minister to becoming the President, Mr. Mukherjee was surprisingly forthright in his warning to the political class. Justifying people’s anger at the weakening of democratic institutions, he said: “If we hear sometimes an anthem of despair from the street, it is because people feel that a sacred trust is being violated.” For those looking for a warning to the Congress, Mr. Mukherjee had more than a few words on corruption. If Indians are enraged, he said, it is because they are witnessing corruption and waste of national resources. “If governments do not remove these flaws, voters will remove governments.” But the veiled attack on the Aam Aadmi Party, the reference to “populist anarchy”, now associated with its leader Arvind Kejriwal, captured more mind space. Arguing that populist anarchy cannot be a substitute for governance, the President said: “False promises lead to disillusionment, which gives birth to rage, and that rage has one legitimate target: those in power.” If the reference to communal forces is taken as thumbs down to the Bharatiya Janata Party, Mr. Mukherjee appears to have spared none in his address.

Whether read as notes of caution to the Congress, or as articulation of dissatisfaction with the ways of the AAP or the BJP, these remarks assume added importance in the current political context. President Mukherjee clearly wants it to be known that he is on the side of the people and democratic institutions, not blindly supportive of governments and certainly not sympathetic to those in power. Curiously, Mr. Mukherjee also wanted the people to vote in a stable government. True, as he noted, a fractured government, “hostage to whimsical opportunists,” would be an unhappy electoral outcome. But to ask the people to vote for a stable government can mean little more than to ask them to vote for a party widely seen as the front-runner. Whether this could be taken as an endorsement of the BJP in the current context is debatable, but it could lend itself to interpretation. So far, Mr. Mukherjee has played by the book in what he has done and what he has not, as President. The political sub-text of his lines and their varying interpretations notwithstanding, the address provides no indication that he is about to change his approach as the President of the Republic.

இது பகவத் விஷயம். உயிர்மை யாவற்றிலும் என்னை எவன் காண்கிறானோ, என்னுள் அவற்றையெல்லாம் காண்கிறானோ, அவனுக்கு நான் அருகாமையில் தான் இருக்கிறேன்.

பாரதமாதாவும் நம் தெய்வம் தானே. அவளுடைய அரவணைப்பில் நாம் இருப்பது எப்படி?

திரு.பிரணாப் முக்கர்ஜியின் அரசியல் வரலாற்றை 1955லிருந்து அறிவேன்.

அதுவல்ல இங்கு என் குறி. அவருடைய இன்றைய பேச்சைப்பற்றி சில விமர்சனங்கள் எழும் முன் சில பகுதிகளை நான்

விமர்சித்தேன். அவை முக்கியமானவை. பிரதிநித்துவ அரசியலின் அசட்டுத்தனமான, பண்பற்ற போக்கை நிராகரித்து,

மக்களின் கருத்தை பாதரசமாக பிரதிபலித்த நமது ஜனாதிபதி செயலிலும் காட்டிவிட்டார் என்பதை மறக்கவேண்டாம்.

• 'பாட்டிலுள்ளே பலவிதமா சோம ரசம்…' பாடிய கல்பட்டார் நம் அவல நிலையை சித்திரித்தாலும், நான் சொல்ல வந்த விஷயம் வேறு.

நமக்கு நாம் தான் நிவாரணம் தேடவேண்டும் என்பதே.

• சரியாக சொன்னீர்கள், திரு.ருத்ரா: '...தண்டோரா போட்டாலும் ஏதாவது ஒரு "பண்டோரா"பெட்டியை திறக்காமல்

விடுவதில்லை நீங்கள்."திறந்திடு சீசேம்".' என்று. இனி விடுவேனோ? தண்டோரா ஒரு நாட்டுப்புறத்து ராஜ பேரிகை.

பண்டோரா பெட்டியை திறந்தால் தான் விழிப்புணர்ச்சி வரும். சீசேம் மந்திரக்கோலுக்கு நன்றி. 

• கண்ணன் சில இன்றியமையாத விளக்கங்கள் கேட்கிறார்: நன்றி, ஐயா.

1.who is a politician? Is he not part of us? Who is greedy? We or them? A serious inquiry will reveal both are the same. We give power to them and with that power they manipulate us.

நன்றி, ஐயா. தேர்தலில் வாக்கு அளிக்கும் (நோட்டா உள்பட) ஒவ்வொரு நபரும் அரசியல் வாதி தான். வாக்குக்கேட்பதும், கொடுப்பதும் சேவை பொருட்டு. அதற்கான திடம் அதிகாரம். அதை துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்தால், அடித்துத்துரத்த வழி செய்யாத பிரதிநித்துவ அரசு முறையை நாம் மாற்றியமைக்கும் காலம் வந்து விட்டது.

2.  In Indian situation with all its Mega corruption we are the stakeholders. They made it so. India has evolved a unique scheme where political representation is based on caste rather than region.

உண்மை. அதை ஒழிக்க வேண்டியது தான். வழி: மக்கள் குரல் ~ எழுச்சி ~புரட்சி?

3. People reap a % of corruption, in free schemes. Why do we want anything free? first of all.

கல்வியும், சமத்துவ உரிமைகளும், அடிப்படை சுகாதாரமும் இலவசமாக இருப்பதில் தவறு இல்லை. வாழ்வாதாரங்களை அளிப்பதில் அரசின் கடமை உளது.
வருமானத்தில் அதலபாதாளமும் உச்சாணிக்கிளையும் இருப்பது சமுதாயத்துக்கு நல்லதல்ல. அதற்காக மான்யங்கள் தேவை. ஆனால், நாம், அரசனிலிருந்து ஆண்டி வரை துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்கிறோம். சில உதாரணங்கள் சொன்னால் கசக்கும். அது பற்றி கேள்வி எழுந்தால் பார்ப்போம்.

Democracy in India is certainly worth watching.

We do believe in our 'own democracy'.

I wonder whether Indian academics are working on the dynamics of Indian democracy. It is fascinating!

~ ஆம். இந்த இழையே ஒரு உதாரணம். நீங்கள் சொல்கிறமாதிரி பல பதிவுகள் உள்ளன. ஒரு உதாராணம்:

• ஸுபாஷிணி விவரமாக அலசி சுயநலத்தை சுட்டிக்காட்டுகிறார். மிக்க நன்றி. சுயநலம் தலையெடுத்த அநாகரீகத்தைப்பற்றி விவரமாக எழுதுகிறேன்.

இந்தியன் ஒவ்வொருவரும் தன்னலம் ஒழித்த சமூகப்பணிக்கு வாரத்துக்கு இரண்டு மணி நேரமும், இருபது ரூபாயும் கொடுங்கள். கத்தியின்றி,ரத்தமின்றி,யுத்தமின்றி ஒரு

புதிய சகாப்தத்தை உருவாக்கிக்காட்டுகிறேன். ரூபாய் கணக்கு திவாகரிடம் கொடுத்து விடுவோம்.

• கீதா மிகவும் ஆதுரத்துடன் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமாக 'விக்ரமாதித்யன் பெரிய எழுத்தில்'  நன்றாக பதில் அளித்து உள்ளார். நன்றி. அதுவும் கிருஷ்ண பரமாத்மா விளக்கத்துடன் எனக்கு முழு உடன்பாடு.

" நல்லவேளையா ஜனாதிபதி சுயமாச் சிந்திக்கிறவரா இருக்கார்.

வாசகர்கள் இல்லைனு எப்படிச் சொல்றீங்க?  படிக்கிறோம்.  ஆனால் பல சமயங்களில் படிக்க மட்டுமே முடிகிறது.

தன்னலம் செழிக்க ஆரம்பித்தது அறுபதுகளின் இறுதியில்….நாம் யாரும் இன்னும் அழைக்கலை.  அழைக்கலைனா உள்ளம் உருகி பூரணமாய்ச் சரணாகதி ஆகி 

திரெளபதி மாதிரி  தஞ்சம் புகுந்துக்கலை.  இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் "நான்" இருக்கு நம்மிடம்.  அது முழுதும் போகணும். இனி ஒண்ணும் இல்லை, னு பரிபூரணச் 

சரணாகதி ஆகணும். கேட்டவர்க்குக் கேட்டபடி கண்ணன் வருவான்.  கேள்வியே பதிலாகக் கண்ணன் வருவான்.

அது தான் என் ஆசை. அடுத்த இழையிலேயே தரிசனம். பார்த்தீர்களோ?  அதை விளக்கிக் கூறப்போவது யாரு?

இன்று குடியரசு தினம்.

விடுதலை பெற்றபின் இந்திய அரசியலில் நெடு நாட்களாக இராஜதந்திரத்தின் மறு உருவாகவும், காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் தூணாகவும், வளைந்து கொடுத்த நாணலாகவும் பரிமளித்த திரு. பிரணாப் முக்கர்ஜி இந்திய ஜனாதிபதிகளில் தனித்தன்மையுடைவராகவும், மக்களின் கருத்துக்களை எதிரொலிப்பவராகவும் செயல்படுவது போற்றத்தக்கதே. பதவி ஏற்றவுடனேயே, பிரதிநித்துவ அரசியலின் அசட்டுத்தனமான, பண்பற்ற போக்கை நிராகரித்து, மக்களின் கருத்தை பாதரசமாக பிரதிபலித்தக் கண்ணாடி ஆனார். இன்று அவர் ஆற்றிய உரையில் சில பகுதிகளை ஆராய்வோமாக.

• விடுதலை வேள்வியில் தன்னலம் ஆகூதியில் கொளுத்தப்பட்டது. அது இப்போது செழித்து தழைக்கிறது. களை பிடுங்கி தீயில் இடுவது எப்போது?
• அரசியல் சாசனம் நமது செப்பேடு. அதை செதுக்குவதில் பலதரப்பினர் ஒற்றுமையுடன் சகஜமாக கலந்து இயங்கினர். அதை ஏன் தொலைத்தோம்?
• முதல் தேசீய தேர்தல் எனக்கு நினைவில் பதிந்து உளது. அக்காலத்து மக்களின் மாண்பு திரு அமங்கலமானதின் பின்னணி என்ன?
• மதச்சார்பும், மொழி வாரியும், சாதி அரசியலும் தலையெடுக்கக் காரணம் யாது? யாரிட்ட சாபம் அவை?
• ‘பாராளுமன்றம் தான் இருப்பதிலேயே பெரிய தாதா  என்கிறவாறு அரசியலமைப்பு அலங்கோலமானது..’ என்று இன்று ஜூனியர் விகடன் எழுதும் அளவுக்கு நாம் தரமிழந்து, மானம் இழந்து, உலக அவையில் (தாவோஸ் அவையிலும் கூட) துச்சாதனன் துகிலுரித்த பாஞ்சாலியாக நிற்கிறோம். கிருஷ்ணபரமாத்மா எப்போ வருவார்?
